Ilene Siscovick is a Mercer Partner and the leader of the Human Capital business for the Pacific Northwest. She has over 20 years experience in rewards and talent management consulting for large multinationals. Ilene has expertise in the design and implementation of broad-based workforce architecture programs that align both talent and rewards to business strategy. Her work with a global technology company was recently recognized at Training Magazine's "Hall of Fame' gala in Atlanta. Ilene has written and lectured in the area of multinational talent strategies. She co-authored Maximizing Multinational Subsidiary Effectiveness: Aligning Compensation Practices with Strategy and Structure published in the Journal of American Compensation Association.
Stacey Bearden is a Principal in the Human Capital business in Mercer's San Francisco office. She works primarily on rewards and talent management engagements with clients in a variety of industries, including healthcare, technology, and life sciences. Prior to joining Mercer, Stacey was with Radford Surveys + Consulting doing compensation survey consulting. She has served as a guest lecturer on research methods and data analysis at the University of California, Berkeley, and has served as an expert HR panelist on the topics, "Competency Modeling" and "recruiting & Retaining Top Talent." She was also featured in the March, 2011 edition of Optometry Times, providing performance management advice to optometry practices.
