Her M&A and divestiture experience was gained while managing 60+ transactions valued in excess of $20B in investments, while achieving business objectives and integrating people, culture and assets in 35 countries. Keeley is a partner with HR Matters and manages the M&A practice. Prior to HR Matters, Keeley was a group M&A manager for Microsoft. She earned her B.A. in English and political science from West Virginia University.
