Gary has served as deputy sheriff in San Mateo County and for the Burlingame Police Department. At Stanford University, he developed policies and procedures for departments and organizations on campus, such as a Threat Assessment Program for campus-wide use. Gary is a licensed private investigator in the state of California and is currently studying for his Certified Protection Professional (CPP) designation.
