Full refund minus a $50 processing fee will be refunded for cancellations received from August 18, 2010-February 21, 2011. Fifty percent (50%) of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations received from February 22-March 22, 2011. Cancellations received after March 22, 2011 are not refundable.

 

TRANSFERS: Transfers are available and encouraged in the event of an unavoidable inability to attend. If an NCHRA member transfers his or her registration to a nonmember, the nonmember must do one of two things: Pay the difference of the NCHRA member and non-member price at the time of transfer or become an NCHRA member at the time of transfer. To transfer a registration, please call (415) 291-1992.
