HR University
On Wednesday, April 28th this senior-level, university-led program presented by Holly Schroth, Senior Lecturer at the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley, and an Adjunct Associate Professor in the MBA program at Santa Clara University, takes you through "Mastering the Art of Negotiation". HR University usually cost upwards of $1,000 per day, but we are able to offer this program at a substantially reduced investment because we run the day concurrently with our Annual Conference. Limited to 50 senior practitioners. Qualifies for 5.75 Strategic Credits. With this option, the general rate includes a one-year NCHRA Membership.

California Certification at HR West,

Sunday and Monday, April 25-26

California leads the nation with its uniquely complex employment laws. This specialized certification enhances your PHR or SPHR and demonstrates your mastery of California-specific HR knowledge.

Course materials correspond to the four functional areas, responsibilities, and associated California-specific knowledge defined by the Human Resources Certification Institute:

Monday

Full conference attendees can join us for Monday's 1pm keynote address, 2 concurrent sessions, reception and networking event. Earn up to 3.5 recertification credits.

Tuesday Only

Can only make it to one day of the conference? No problem. This Tuesday Only registration offers over 20 concurrent sessions to choose from, keynote speeches by Peter Sheahan and Barb Sanfilippo, and access to the Tuesday reception and seated lunch. Earn up to 7 recertification credits.

Wednesday Only

Can't make it until the last day of the conference? We've got you covered. Wednesday's agenda offers over 20 concurrents, a keynote speech by Homa Bahrami and a seated lunch. Earn up to 6 recertification credits.

Cancellations will be assessed a $50 administrative fee until March 5, 2010. Fifty percent (50%) of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations received from March 6 – April 7, 2010.
